Nashville Horror Con Autograph Contest Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility:

• The contest is open to all legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• No purchase is necessary to enter 

2. How to Enter:

• Participants must LIKE the designated contest post on Facebook.

• SHARE the contest post on their personal timeline.

• TAG a friend in the comments section of the contest post.

• Visit www.NashvilleHorror.com and enter their name and email address on the contest page.

3. Entry Period:

• The contest begins on June 14th, 2024 and ends on July 15th at 11:59 PM CST. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.

4. Prize:

• One (1) winner will receive a complete set of autographs from all the celebrity guests attending Nashville Horror Con 2024.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

• The winner will be notified via email within 1 days after the contest ends.

• The winner must respond to the notification email within 2 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the given time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Publicity:

• By entering the contest, participants grant Nashville Horror Con permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

7. General Conditions:

• Nashville Horror Con reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the contest.

• Nashville Horror Con is not responsible for any technical issues, including, but not limited to, computer, software, or network malfunctions that may affect the entry process.

• Participants agree to release and hold harmless Nashville Horror Con, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the contest or acceptance and use of the prize.

8. Privacy:

• Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for prize fulfillment.
